I'm blown away by the SERVICE at this hotel! Every single staff member I interacted with was incredibly warm, genuine, gentle, and eager to help. From the Valet attendants, receptionists, concierge, front desk crew, room service staff, restaurant staff, Chief, all the way to the Operation Manager - everyone went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The location's fabulous too, with a breathtaking view over our beautiful and famous Raouché Rocks and our open sea, super convenient for exploring the city. But honestly, I'd go out of my way for the service alone! Highly recommend Raouché Arjaan by Rotana Hotel (you'll be treated like family)

Amazing hotel, incredible location!

Stayed at the Rotana raouche and the stay was amazing. When I arrived for check in, I was kindly upgraded to a sea view suite.The rooms were tidy, cleaned daily and VERY spacious. The amenities, restaurants and nightlife nearby was awesome.Lastly, a huge thanks to Omar from the breakfast bar who was very helpful, kind and always attentive. We need more people like Omar in this world! He would also help bring the suhoor to my room every morning around 3am ???? Comfortable enough but location not great

The staff was lovely and breakfast too. We had two communicative rooms for a family. The hotel definitely needs to be refurbished especially the bathroom. But it was confortable enough. The location is not very central and the area not particularly lovely but close to the beach. It is very noisy especially the road at night. It was very bad experience for what i paid for, only i enjoy the Rouche sunset view given by god for free

Upon arriving at the hotel with my family and a newborn baby, the valet (named Ali) asked me to move my car to accommodate another customer! This greatly annoyed me, especially since it was raining!One of the two rooms was delayed by more than an hour and a half, forcing us (named Anthony) to share one room without our luggage, and I had to retrieve my bags myself.The following morning, three hours before check-out, the key fob stopped working (card date expired). This only happens after the check-out time, not before. The engineering team's response in addressing the issue was extremely slow, forcing us to wait for over 30 minutes. The receptionist's apology was polite, but it was too late. Unpleasant stay in average hotel

The hotel is in a strategic place infront of the famous raouhe rock. Near to hamra and verdun.But over all rating is average because the hotel lacks the hospitality. Old rooms u furnished rooms against the price. I booked the front sea view suite . At my check in they gave me a low floor where the buildings are living the view. I complained they gave another room at a high floor but the A/C is broken. Room is old furnished. Kitchennete empty, no tools to use . No coffee machine just an old kettle and some stuff. We are 2 in the room I expect to have the balcony for 2 chairs, over all I expected better hotel against the value.
