This 4-star hotel lies in the historical centre of Riga (Old Town). The hotel has 265 rooms overlooking the panorama of Riga, a restaurant with European cuisine and a conference room and event room with a terrace (capacity up to 130 persons), complemented by picturesque views of the Daugava. It also features the largest SPA complex in the Old Town of Riga (SPA Riverside, 638 m²) offering a wide range of SPA and cosmetic services. The terrace on the hotel's 8th floor offers unforgettable views of endless sunsets in stories and social media posts with a panoramic view of Riga.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 265 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.     We had a great stay and the views were absolutely amazing. We did experience a few issues with our room when we first arrived, but the staff dealt with everything quickly and professionally. As a gesture of goodwill, we were offered a complimentary bottle of prosecco and free access to the spa, which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.The food was delicious, with plenty of choice available at every meal. The only downside was that room cleaning was often done quite late in the day, although we think this was because the hotel was very busy during our stay.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The excellent customer service, beautiful views, and great food made for a very enjoyable stay.     What a beautiful hotel beds are so comfortable. We had a river view on the 6th floor stunning. spa was lovely and very relaxing we booked a 7.30pm slot so we didn’t miss out on site seeing, we paid €15 as we paid at checking. Elizabet at check-in was so amazing she wrote down some great recommendations for us thank you! Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel champagne pancakes waffles lovely choices of bread and more. Perfect location you could walk everywhere. Easy 22 bus to airport across the road.     Such a lovely trip. The room was comfortable and clean. The check in was friendly and informative. We were in room 214 which had a nice side view of the river. Such a good location for walking everywhere. Breakfast was good, again, friendly staff and good selection. Tables cleared quickly ( even the 2 drinks we put down for a couple of minutes!)We used the spa once, was ok but would have used more if a little cheaper.The number 22 bus was easy to use both ways. On return to the airport you need to go under the underpass to the middle section of the road. There is a ticket machine there and the sign has a clear airport logo on.As a Brit it would have been nice to have milk in the room for the tea, we managed by drinking wine instead!I’d recommend walking to the train station (15 mins tops)and having a day at the coast, it was beautiful.     lovely Hotel in a great area

    This is a lovely hotel in a great location, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Old Town.There is tram and bus stop right outside the hotel.Check-in was quick and easy, and we stayed in a Superior Double Room on the sixth floor. The room was very spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable bed, a good shower, a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, and a safe.The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of both hot and cold options. Fresh eggs and pancakes are prepared while you wait, and there is plenty of tea, coffee, juices, and cakes. There is more than enough choice to suit everyone.We booked a private spa, which cost €55 for 90 minutes and you have exclusive use of the facilitie which includes the jacuzzi, relaxation area and sauna.Overall an enjoyable stay.
