Rixwell hotels, most probably the best hotels in Latvia! We stayed at Rixwell Elefant for the 3rd time. Extremely pleasant rooms and surroundings. Very polite, helpful staff. Food highly recommended. We were in a group organized by a travel agency. We arrived early in the morning and were there in the afternoon. Good access, nice breakfast and the bar in the lobby was okay.
