Guests have a choice of 587 non-smoking rooms, including 32 suites and 551 double rooms, located in a 27-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Location s pretty good to visit the town and an upper floor would help in terms of views. White nights also offer a treat in this respect. Rooms are comfortable but nothing special. A minus for instant coffee which I find lousy for 2026. Comfy beds, too green pressure of the shower and minimalistic amenities. Breakfast is nice and pretty comprehensive minus decaf coffee.Location s pretty good to visit the town and an upper floor would help in terms of views. Minus:The "5-star" spa was a joke; it was far too crowded and not very well maintained. I am so glad it was included as a free perk with my RR VIP status, because I wouldn't have paid one euro for it. The breakfast was also way too crowded at times, though it was a lot quieter in the members section of the breakfast area. The room was very clean; the staff wete all professional from reception to bar to breakfast. Breakfast buffett was exceptional. Location was great. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is the bath was small and so were the pillows.
