We stayed here for the second time, but the quality has completely dropped. This was a nightmare stay, and management refuses any compensation.Health Hazard: The bathroom was covered in black mold (on the floor and shower curtain), and the radiator was filthy. A serious hygiene violation.No Hot Water: There was no hot water on Friday. Management claimed they informed guests with a sign at the desk… We stayed here for the second time, but the quality has completely dropped. The hotel is very friendly. But it was not as clean as we had hoped for. The TV remote was ... darn sticky. As well as some other surfaces.We had some problems with the room because we wanted two separate beds, and got a new room. Later in the evening someone opened the door and thought it was their room! It was resolved, but not a good experience. That is why the low review.The breakfast was good… The hotel is very friendly. But it was not as clean as we had hoped for. The hotel is located away from the center of Riga, but the location was good when traveling by car. The hotel parking was on the street and there was a lot of parking space behind the hotel.
