9 junior suites, 12 suites, 7 single rooms and 225 double rooms are located on 11 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Not the best AC, kind of a run-down hotel, well located, 10 minutes to old city but super nice walk. The hotel is situated only about a five-minute taxi drive from the old town..which will only cost you four or five euros using the local service. The hotel is clean; rooms are modern. It just does exactly what you want for a reasonable price. Location is good; there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and here, just a short walk or drive into the old town. We were very happy with every aspect of our stay. Room was spacious,bed was comfortable,breakfast was as expected. Locatiion is perfect,surrounded by nice historic buildings,steps away from All attractions Receptiom staff friendly and efficient. The only minor minus was the bathroom cosmetics which seemd not to be branded or Marriott type level. Besides that we recommend this property in Riga. We stayed here two nights after a disaster in the old town. Staff were friendly. The room was comfortable with an opening window. The shower was small with water pressure that could be better. I booked a room for two nights and I had an average stay in an average room. I found the room quite small, but it had a wonderful view of the historic old town, which is just about a 15 minute walk away. Generally, everything was clean, although I noticed that in the corridors the corners of the carpet where it meets the wall could have been cleaned better.
