Dear Sarova Woodlands team,Thank you for your amazing service. Our experience at woodlands was very satisfactory. The hotel has very warm staff. I cannot find a department to fault. The GM Mr Duncan is an attentive leader who was constantly on ground. He is very cordial and takes a keen interest in customer satisfaction. He was keen to check in with me and my students on their experience. We felt heard. Mr. Meshack and Mr. Donald were absolutely amazing at the restaurant! They were keen to ensure that my team and my students are comfortable and ate their fill. When we requested Donald to do a birthday surprise to one of my students, the request was executed with flair. Meshack has great people skills and he is such a gentlemen. The whole restaurant team (I don't recall most of their names ) was very impressive. Mr. Wesley of security is very professional. His composure makes him quite easy to work with. For the 3rd year now he has always helped our teachers do student roll calls late in the night. An amazing professional!Nelson, Mary and the entire team at the front desk were able to answer to all our requests within a short time. Again, it's a big team whose names I don't recall but during our stay, they accorded us great help. We will be back at our earliest opportunity.
