  Reached the spa, was shown into a room. Started undressing when the masseuse asked me to go to.another room.as there was a client who only prefers service in that particular room.The massage was the only GOOD THING about the place.   I loved everything about this place. The place is clean especially the washrooms they are spotless. The staff are friendly and prompt. The food was good too, loved the roasted potatoes. The snacks were also assorted and healthy. I will definitely be back for a spa experience and I do recommend this place for a family Sunday day out or a relaxed evening by the pool.I loved everything about this place.   Really nice resort. There apartment complex are perfect for a family and the beach is a 10 min walk. The staff were amazing. The hotel is in close to everything, Nyali centre is a 5 min walk and even Haller park 10 min walk and the citymall.Really nice resort.   The good: Staff were friendly and had good customer service skills, the rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was clean and well maintained, the food and drinks were fairly priced.
