Much as the people here are the friendliest and nicest I have ever met everything else is very bland. The food lacks choice or flavour and is bland, bland, bland. This is meant to be all inclusive but there is so much more if you choose to do it that is chargeable. We came here with Newmarket Holidays after a fantastic Safari trip looking for 4 days relaxation. Unfortunately the hotel is being ref… Much as the people here are the friendliest and nicest I have ever met everything else is very bland. I came with my family and trust me the experience was amazing and so glorious. We were celebrating our 3rd anniversary and my wife's birthday and trust me the surprise plus the cake and the room decor was out of this world. My husband and I came to this resort for 3 days as part of our honeymoon in Nairobi, Kenya. It is beautiful. All the staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. It rained for most of the 3 days we were here, so we didn't get to get in the pool. But we did get to walk along the beach once and had a "sea safari," so to speak, with some locals who showed us all these fascinating sea… My husband and I came to this resort for 3 days as part of our honeymoon in Nairobi, Kenya. A very beautiful hotel, very clean, friendly staff doing their work professionally. The service in every department was prompt, delicious food and a wide buffet to choose from. We had a memorable holiday with my sister who was celebrating her birthday.
