Terrible place to stay! Ruined our holiday

This is the worst place u will ever stay. Old, rusty flooding balcony , dirty pool, bad food, no hot water then no cold water, nothing works! We checked out the next day and they refused to give us a refund. DO NOT stay at this place, you will REGRET it!This is the worst place u will ever stay. Just don’t do it! I have never ever experienced anything like it! Don’t go! Left, was given option to transfer to sister hotel Cocoa Luxury hotel, jeez! Musty, damp, felt like it was a minus one star guest house! Paid extra to move to a better hotel! This hotel is priced to be of high quality, it is far from that . It is in desperate need of some TLC.
