Our stay had some positive aspects, but unfortunately several issues made the experience disappointing overall.Upon arrival, we had to wait around 30 minutes in the parking area for the pickup vehicle. There was no air conditioning while waiting, which made the situation quite uncomfortable—especially in the desert heat. Remote stay in the desert
Great stay, it was fun to be able to stay in one of the “UFO” bubbles. It was ample space and enough room with the bathroom attached. I went in November and needed the heat and there was no issue at all with temperature the entire stay. Each room comes with its own patio, so it was great to be able to sit outside and admire the landscape. Great places to hike around on the property as well. Everything was clean, nice, and really well organized, which made the stay very comfortable. Mohamed, the manager, was kind and welcoming from the start, and the whole team was professional and friendly. The desert experience was amazing and was one of the best parts of the trip. Felt like living on a luxury mars colony!
