    Very disappointing experience with the restaurant staff. They were rude and unwelcoming, and acted as if they did not want us there. Completely unprofessional behavior.

    5 Stars on Paper, 2 Stars in Reality

    I had high expectations checking into what is marketed as a 5-star property, but the experience fell short from the moment we arrived until checkout.Upon check-in, no one offered to guide us to our room — a basic courtesy I'd expect at any reputable hotel, let alone a luxury one. Given how large the property is, we ended up wandering the corridors for nearly 15 minutes trying to find our room on our own. A simple escort or even clear directions would have made a world of difference.The room itself was clean, which I'll give credit for, but that's where the positives end. The furniture is visibly dated and worn, and the mattresses are uncomfortable — not what you'd expect at this price point. To make matters worse, the bed frame creaked loudly with every single movement throughout the night, making for a restless and frustrating sleep.The most baffling issue, however, was the connectivity. In 2026, having no reliable Wi-Fi and weak cellular signal in a 5-star hotel is simply unacceptable. When I called the front desk to report the issue, I was told they offer 2 Mbps of free Wi-Fi — a speed that would have felt slow a decade ago — and that I could purchase a "25 Mbps bundle" as an upgrade. I couldn't help but wonder whether the weak cellular signal throughout the property was somehow deliberate to push guests toward paid packages.The staff were pleasant and polite, so this isn't about the individuals — it's about a system that is clearly failing its guests. For a hotel claiming 5-star status, the experience felt closer to a 2-star stay at a premium price.I would not return, and I'd caution anyone with high expectations to look elsewhere.

    Perfect place for a friend trip. The hotel feels clean, nice food, and good atmosphere. Easy to relax and enjoy. From beach activities to evening shows. Everything was great, i will come back for sure.

    Very nice vacation, the food in restaurant is amazing, service really good, nice beach and pools areas, I enjoyed every day of my stay, the entertainment is very fun and active.It was very nice experience. And I’d like to come back when I’d had a chance one more time
