Perfectly located hotel in Ginza. Convenient to a number of subway stops and lines, which made travelling around Tokyo very easy. Service was great and we were greeted upon arrival.... more »

This is not a 5 star hotel in any respect--google is just flat out wrong about that. It's also not a 4.5 star hotel. It's a decent 3.5 star hotel.... more »
