This hotel was in an ideal location for its access to key train lines which enabled us to access sites such as : easy train (1.5 h) from Narita airport Tokyo station , Asukasa, Ginza, tsijuki outer fish market, Shibuya, and even take a day trip to the seaside…

Do not stay here - worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. More so, we lost our wallet that had a hotel key in it and were charged for it. Terrible service, room lack lustre and there is better and cheaper places to stay in Ginza (try Sunroute Ginza Hotel). ホテ…

The hotel location is fantastic, there are loads of amenities that can be picked up from reception, it has access to the convenience store downstairs but is secure from outsiders entering (swipe required for lifts). The staff were lovely and also spoke English…
