    Not in Shibuya. Front desk staff were rude. Made the check in process difficult. Third hotel in Japan on this trip second in Tokyo. This was the least hospitable of the three.

    Amazing little hotel. The staff, very professional. The room, fantastic for the size. They offer free soft serve ice cream and drinks ..... how cool is that!! Would definitely come back. Great...

    あれほど気分の悪いチェックインは初めてでした。気分が悪すぎて宿泊する気になれず、別のホテルを予約し直そうかと考えたほどです。チェックイン後、気持ちを整えるのに一定の時間を要しました。

    池尻大橋からすぐのホテルです。渋谷からのタクシー代をキャッシュバックしてくれるプランがありそれを利用しました。 スタッフの方はキビキビとした感じでチェックインもかなりスムーズで待たされなかった。 客室はコンパクトながらスタイリッシュな感じでした。ベッドがシモンズで寝心地が良かったです。 最大の特徴はラウンジで、無料のドリンクバーとソフトクリームがついています。クラフトビールの販売もしており...
