Relaxing Stay
Lovely staff. Very attentive and really paid attention to our allergies and preferences. Really comfortable room. The hotel has a light show in their huge pond and it’s relaxing to watch from our window as well as from the restaurants.Lovely staff. Excellent location for views of Mt Fuji - we hired a car and it was worth it as Premium outlets are 5 mins away and to the city centre for restaurants.We had a triple room (only down side was that the 3rd bed was a rollaway - not the most comfortable for an adult), the bathroom is separate from the toilet which was good for 3 people. A good overnight stop after shopping at gotemba
Service: warm service from all staff. Location: I arrived late at night after shopping at gotemba premium outlet, abt 8.30pm. 5-7 min drive away. Only downside is that there are not much F&B ard the areaRoom : big and spacious, very happy either size. They offer free underground parking, hence very convenient. Made a booking online with a company that guaranteed best price.On arrival we inquired, and they beat the original price. They “called and canceled” our previous booking, which was paid for and said we would be refunded.
