We stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the train stations and the shopping street, making it easy to explore the area. Very bad experience. This hotel has serious discriminatory practices. The hotel staff discriminated against foreigners. When we checked in on the first day, there were many rooms of the same type available, but the receptionist still gave us a room facing the elevator because we were foreigners. Stayed here for 3 nights, and the room size is adequate and clean. The location is very convenient, just a few min walk from the metro station, and assessable to the infamous dotonbori. I used their coin laundry, and it took forever to dry. My clothes were only half full in the washer, but it took 3 cycles to dry.
