    駅近で立地がよく、コンビニが一階にあり、とても便利でした。部屋はコンパクトながら機能的で使いやすかったです。 洗面台の排水が悪かった事と、近くに道路があり深夜の騒音が少し気になりましたが、 フロントの方々の丁寧で温かい対応は素晴らしかったです。

    大阪にはたびたび来ますが初のヴィアインの利用です。JR西日本グループとは知りませんでした。鉄道会社系のホテルは安心感があります。前泊は近くの新大阪ワシントンホテルプラザ、チェックアウト後、トランクを転がしチェックイン前に預かってもらいました。JR新大阪駅正面口から徒歩3分、新幹線からとても近いホテルだと思います。意外な良さは、地下鉄御堂筋線の改札口へは1分かからずに行けることです。（地下鉄新大阪駅...
