Extremely disappointing stay. Upon arrival we had to pay the hotel tax. The next day, the hotel informed me that I had paid too much, so the original amount was supposedly cancelled and the correct amount was charged instead. Perfect place to rest after a big day shopping!
Situated a 15 minute walk into the shopping district (amazing) this hotel had all the credentials of a 4.5 star hotel and was predictably lovely to stay in. We appreciated the laundry facilities (there is even an app that lets you know what washers are free on each floor), beautiful views, large well appointed rooms and the great pyjamas!!

Pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing stay.
This hotel was in a great location and the service was great as well. Our room was a good size and the daily breakfast available at the hotel was such a nice amenity. The hotel is also located close to public transportation. You get a great value for a really food price. All in all I would stay again.
