Good for a few days in Osaka.
We spent two nights here on a group tour, so not much time to use all the facilities. Spotlessly clean with very friendly staff (like the rest of Japan). Pleasant rooms, big enough to open two suitcases on the floor. TV has some UK channels but unfortunately Japanese narration 🤣, fortunately there’s a mute button!Fabulous meal at the hotel’s Japanese restaurant. Would recommend.

This is easily one of the best value hotels in Osaka within the Bonvoy portfolio, especially if you have status. You can get the full range of benefits of a higher end hotel, but at a much lower price.Location is very good too, directly connected to a subway station and mall. Spacious room with good service. Location is good with train station Osaka-uehommachi 5-10mins walk for train from Kyoto etc. Also has 2 subway lines there for local transport. Bus stop is next doors for Airport bus. Few places to eat/shop while walking to subway. Just checked into our room and extremely disappointed. The room is small, uninviting cold and damp mainly due to a draft coming in from the main window.Information sheet left in the room stating their central temperature control system will only be operational on cool mode.Contacted guest relation's to ask if possible to move to an alternative room only to be told the hotel was at full capacity.
