The location is great. Very first impression is good. Then you go through their actual check-in process. Oh my. I’m not sure the people running the operation have hotel experience. It was the least efficient check-in experience I’ve ever had. If you show up remotely early, you basically have to go through a full check-in twice. Our flight got canceled due to typhoon and we had to replan our whole trip. All other hotels were very cooperative and agreed to waive the cancellation policy or adjust the dates for our stay other than Nikki hotel. I even told them that we are not even looking for refunds even though we are going to stay only 2 nights instead other than 3, and if they only could adjust the dates which they didn’t…
