Great USJ location with parking
I've tried a bunch of the hotels next to City Walk and this one was my favourite so far based on value for money. The parking is in the basement of the hotel so incredibly convenient for visiting USJ. It was 3000 yen for 24 hours from when you enter the parking lot, and then 500 yen every 30 minutes after that. No Sesame Street rooms !
Good location but could not check in until 15.00 then had to stand in queue for an hour so not checked in until 16.00 ,Requested Sesame Street room when booking but was given normal room.Staff speak poor English and only seam interested in Asian guests not European?Room not cleaned daily and check out at 9.00 is too early.Would not stay here again! ?????????????? ???????????, ??????? / ???? ???…

The hotel is dated, and rooms are tiny. Carpets are stained in many places, and we found trash in the room from previous tenant. Most of all, A/C does not work. On duty staff and manager would not admit to the problem, and just gave us a fan. We paid over USD700 a night for this Elmo room.
