the rooms are too small for 2 Australians with 2 suitcases. What is displayed on the web sites and booking company's web sites is not how it really is.Once inside the room and if you actually can close the front door, you literally have no room to move or functionYou can't enjoy your holiday with this level of 4 star

Cupboard under the stairs

The smallest room I have ever been in including China and Singapore,. It fit 2 x single beds only, we had to stack the kettle, cups and humidifier on top of the mini fridge and have. We had to put our suitcases in and out of the bathroom to move around. Ok for one night. We had 3 booked, no good. Breakfast food is cold as in most Japanese hotels, no where to sit to have a drink with friends, restaurant always closed. Unfortunately cannot reccomend.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel as part of a tour of Japan. Our twin room was clean, with comfortable beds and compact bathroom. Everything we needed. It was on the small size as is the nature of most Japanese hotels. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Friendly, polite staff. Location was great too. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby as well as a railway station Kyocera Dome baseball stadium and Aeon Mall are only a short walk away. We even walked to Dotombori. Only took us 20 minutes. Enjoyable stay.

It would be nice if one tv channel was in English. Otherwise the hotel was good, clean & in a good safe area of the city with plenty of good restaurants/bars in the area. Also easy access to city central.Breakfasts were good with best coffee of our trip in Japan.

Delightful hotel located near Osaka Dome. Very clean, great breakfast. Caters for everyone’s dietary needs. Food was freshly prepared on site by skilled chefs. Very generous buffet. Hotel also has its own hot baths. Great location only a few hundred metres from Osaka Dome and 2 kilometres to Namba shopping district. Train station next door takes you directly to Itami airport. Front of house staff speak a number of languages and were very friendly and helpful. Interesting area in itself with plenty of interesting restaurants and bars. Out go to hotel in Osaka.
