The location of this hotel is fantastic for getting around Osaka as it's close to the station. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. Aside from that, I would never stay here again. The rooms are in dire need of renovation, especially the bathroom, which was very small with dated pink tile. This hotel (annex) is conveniently located at the terminus of the airport bus in Osaka. We enjoyed their breakfast, which was provided at the main hotel. This hotel is also close to underground rail, restaurants and shops. We would recommend this hotel to visitors who are looking for a hotel that is close to everything.

Hotel strictly adheres to 3pm check in. Else, pay. They have a section where guests can chain lock with passcode their luggage while waiting for check in/out. I don't prefer as it's in the open.
