As for our Emion Kyoto review, this hotel was perfect. Extremely helpful desk. Checkout is fantastic: one enters the room key and … it is done! All aspects of the hotel are great from lobby to rooms. And there is as smoking cabin at the lobby.We were extremely satisfied and the location is unique, just a few steps (less than 4 minutes) from Shinsaibashi covered shopping street.

We took 2 rooms as this somehow worked out at the same price as a family room.The rooms are very, very small - the smallest we experienced during our travels in Japan. Cabs waiting at the front door of the hotel most of the time so it is easy to catch a cab for train station.
