We stayed two nights here which gave us ample time to explore Nagano and the snow monkey parkCheck in was easy and as usual all staff were so polite and pleasant. I just wish I spoke more Japanese to help out with their English.We were on the 9th floor with a decent sized room. You can see the mountains from here which contrasts sharply with the city view. This hotel is in a perfect location for our short trip to Nagano to see the snow monkeys, right across from the train station, which is also where you get on the express bus to the Monkey Park. If that is the purpose of your visit, I highly recommend the Snow Monkey Pass to save money and add flexibility. The room was larger than others we’ve had in Japan and very comfortable. Great wifi. Located directly opposite Nagano station. Clean and functional room. Daily towel change and bin emptying can be requested by placing sign on the door. Standard compact sized hotel room, however we were only in the room to shower and sleep. Toiletries, coffee and tea available in reception.
