    Welcoming hotel and friendly staff . We felt like we were getting the real Japanese hospitality experience, including the hotel and room design, food (huge portions!) and great coffee for breakfast.

    The rooms are fantastic, we were in the Annex and the finish and quality of the fittings are superb. A bed side table would have been appreciated though. Could not get my head around the kettle. Very...

    Lovely hotel. Good sized rooms. Toilet seperate to bathroom which was good. Large beds. Great food and beautifully presented. Lovely staff. Only suggestion is that bin in room needs changing...

    Nice hotel. Great hospitality. Service and food were great. Room huge, clean and new. Onsen was also good though the water was a tad too hot. Definitely worth the stay!
