    新しくはないですが、値段の割りには広めの部屋なので充分くつろげました。フロントの対応も丁寧でした。コンビニも近くにあります。

    当日16時頃じゃらんネットで予約し、6階に宿泊しました。部屋は清潔でユニットバスもきれいで、備品も普通に用意されていました。私の宿泊した部屋にはウオシュレットも付いていました。狭さや汚さは感じませんでした。また、喫煙可能の部屋でしたが、タバコ臭もしませんでした。チェックイン時のワゴン一品サービスは、カップラーメンとスナック菓子の中から一品選べました。 部屋からは諏訪湖がよく見えました。 フロントの...

    夜遅くの宿泊への対応に感謝

    翌日の仕事で辰野に行くために、東京都心での仕事の後に特急列車でたどり着ける最寄り駅が岡谷でした。特急列車がいろいろあって遅れたため深夜12時近くに岡谷に到着。他の岡谷のホテルは12時までのチェックインが必要だったが、ここは気持ちよく対応してくれ、しかもクレジットカード払いもOK。対応もよく部屋もきれいで、かつリーズナブルな価格で感謝です。駅からは15分弱歩きますが適度に建物もあり安心です。

    狭い、汚い、バスルームが臭いなどいろんなマイナス評価が旅行サイトに投稿されていましたが、少なくとも私の宿泊した3階の部屋はそんな事はありませんでした。むしろクレームに対応されたのか、バスルームは消毒薬の匂いがしましたし、綺麗なバスルームとなっていました。部屋も広くはありませんが、値段相応だと思います。フロントは評価に多く書かれているように、非常に親切で丁寧でした。 難を言うとたまたまでしょうが客層...
