    伊那市内のホテルがどこも確保できなくて利用したのですが、部屋の建てつけが悪くふすまの隙間から冷気が入り夜間は寒いです。 エアコンの暖房も効かず暖かい空気がこないです。 扉も閉まりもよくなく周りの部屋の開閉の音がするし、トイレの扉の開け閉めする音がうるさいです。 朝食の会場にはスタッフがおらず、おかずのみテーブルに置いてありごはんがどこにあるのかもわからないです。

    伊那市駅から徒歩で3分ほど、場所も分かりやすく近くに飲食店も多数あるので泊まるだけなら十分。部屋の内装は綺麗にしたばかりという印象。男女兼用共通トイレが自分の階には一つだけで混雑時には大丈夫だろうか、というのと防音がやや弱いかも知れず、他の客が騒ぐとうるさいかもなあ、という予想。 一人でたいしたこだわりもなく泊まれればいい、という方にはアリ

    ネットで予約していたが、前日急用ができてキャンセルしようとしたが、ネットではできなかったため、電話で直接キャンセルした。その時のフロントの対応が悪く不愉快な思いをした。

    何日か宿泊　４階部屋は　設備は最悪　ユニットバス　シャワー　圧がなく　排水は詰まり　流れない　３階部屋は　和室　洋室が有り　部屋はユニットバス無し　１階浴室に　浴室の溜まり湯は　錆色　シャワー１ヶ所圧有り　ホテルオーナー　は多分中国系　常識無い　客を　客と思って無い　普通有り得ない　今年度２月に　オープンしたので　部屋は見た目は　綺麗　ただ何年間放置したので　カビ臭く　最悪　　各地いろんなホテル宿...
