Very quiet and elegant hotel. there are many convenience stores and fastfood restaurants around. a female staff at the reception was very very friendly and always smiling and I would give her No.1 receptionist title at Mitsui garden hotels . Gee, I had no idea how big Sendai was until I studied the going rates for hotels there. My husband and I decided to stay at another Mitsui Garden Hotel, our third one of our vacation, because we knew their quality standards would be impeccable. And they were. We booked two rooms next to each other. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Rooms are tiny — small even by Japanese standards. 10 year old child commented “I love this hotel. Everything is my size.”Hotel was clean and had all of the basic amenities.
