    Nice Stay, Good Location, and Decent Breakfast

    I picked ANA Holiday Inn based on the breakfast and location. The hotel is centrally located, not far from the train station. The hotel is big with spacious rooms. The rooms were pretty nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast had a nice spread. I enjoyed the selection every morning. I would stay here again.

    Second time staying here . Good location . Value for money . Good service . Breakfast was good . The room was spacious. Amenities was good . Although it is not as good as Crowne Plaza brand but it was again another great experience .Close to the train station and convenient.

    Stayed four nights at the Holiday Inn and we were satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean, internet free and fast and the breakfast varied. Parking in a garage which has the entrance in a side street and took some time to find.Sights and restaurants within walking distance.

    Stayed here for 5 nights on a family holiday. The hotel was in a decent location, about 10 min walk from the JR Sendai station with easy access to other areas including the airport.The hotel is what I would consider a mid range business hotel. Very clean and functional with good wifi and fast check in /out. There ain't many facilities but there's an ice machine and vending machines on each floor. No coin laundry either which I thought was rather odd. There's a coin laundry located about 5 min walk from the hotel which is reasonably priced. The rooms are off a decent size for a hotel in Japan. Beds are big comparatively. Main thing is that rooms are very clean and hot water and shower pressure was excellent.Overall a very solid stay and would recommend to those traveling on a budget.

    One night stay for work.10 min walk from Sendai station (east exit).Room size is bigger compared to other business hotels near by, reasonable price. First room I was assigned, a door was open and lights was on.Receptionist apologized it and tried to give me another one but they didn’t have king size bed room so got 2 beds room. It was ok but bed was smaller than I thought and missing very standard amenities. Room furniture was bit dated.Breakfast was mainly Japanese menu, tasted good.Overall rate is 3 but 1 for hotel staffs here, all of them were very polite.
