Good, cozy, warm, comfortable, warm place.
The hotel is relatively closu to the main shopping centre, in 15 minutes from historical places recommended to visit. Bus stop is in front of it. Good breakfast, staff is very friendly and warm.

Avoid this place. If not a hotel it could be a prison. Rooms so small you cannot open your suitcase other than on your bed. Curtains not opaque so from 6am full light in the room and noise from the street. Located very far from all you need to see in Kyoto. Su…
