The hotel was good. The staff were very nice and easy. The rooms were good and comfy. The hotel is very easy as there is a money exchanger kiosk there. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying on the bay side of Yokohama.The hotel was good. The staff were very nice and easy. The rooms were good and comfy. We needed a place close to the harbor as we were getting on a boat the next morning. This place definitely fit that bill, being right on the harbor. We got and upgrade to floor 20 (room 2016), with a balcony overlooking the harbor. Unlike our previous hotels in Haneda and Osaka, this room was huge by comparison. I recommend this hotel as an ideal base to visit Yokohama, it sits close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping.I would suggest a sea view on a higher floor, and a suite if you want to treat yourselves.We had a small issue with a fellow guest during our stay but Hiroshi Okuba front reception was very kind and efficient in solving our concerns.I recommend this hotel as an ideal base to visit Yokohama, it sits close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping.I would suggest a sea view on a higher floor, and a suite if you want to treat yourselves.We had a small issue with a fellow guest during our…
