A great place to stay
Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. We were on the train facing side and the soundproofing is excellent. The staff were very helpful when we needed to transfer our luggage elsewhere. Very nice stay!
I very much liked this hotel, its clean and the rooms have space. Good restaurant next to it en familymart aswel! I liked the food in the restaurant and we also took breakfast wich was very nice. Efficient Room
The location is gold. Right outside of the Yokohama train station. The Yokohama station itself is huge so still expect a walk.Service is fast and efficient. The hotel is located just a 3 mins walk from the Yokohama Station (Exit through North West Exit A). The rooms are small, but it's an incredibly efficient hotel. We didn't spend too much time in the rooms anyway, the little we did: the bed is comfortable, the AC is great, the amenities in the hotel are great and the staff are very nice. Joining a cruise from Yokohama on 27Apr24, we choose to go there 2 days before so as to avoid any last minute rush. We booked this Sotetsu Fresa Inn because of it's favorable location. It's only 15mins drive to the pier by taxi and 3-5mins walk to the near-by restaurants where you can have choices more than you need.
