Stayed here one night on a business trip, room was large by Japanese standards and clean. Staff was super-helpful and friendly. Lopcation is 2 minute walk from train station and 5 minute walk from a nice park and the Tsukuba Space Center.My only complaint is that the breakfast is pretty inedible and way overpriced at $10. Walk 1 minute next door to the Starbucks or Mister Donut.

Very friendly and warm welcome. Rooms clean and convenient. Japanese breakfast included, no western standard ingredients though. Directly connected to main station and mall with restaurants. Perfect fit for short stay. Clean and superb location

Stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip. This hotel is within minutes to everything one needs: Tsukuba train station, Tsukuba coach terminal, Family Matt and QT shopping mall. I was also happy to see Mister Donuts next to the hotel. The room itself, although small like most Japanese hotel rooms, is sufficient and well designed. Everything is clean and the good design made sure there’s space for hanging my clothes, luggage, to work, etc. Appreciate that there’s also enough hangers in the room - an issue I experience sometimes at other hotels. Room are ok even stay near the liftLocation is good with plenty of food choicesNear the bus station and train, very accessible.No breakfast but its ok.
