  We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The location is near Hanshin and Hankyu stations. There are a lot of attractions near this hotel including restaurants, coffeeshops and boutiques.   Hotel is about 10 min walk from Sannomiya Seishin Yamate station easy connection to Shinkansen station at shin-Kobe. There’s an underpass that links to the shopping street. Very convenient especially in the cold winter. About 15 min walk from the port liner.   Stayed at the Kobe Luminous Sannomiya recently and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is very modern with a flatscreen TV that can connect to Netflix. The bathroom is larger than the previous business style hotels I have been in and there is room in the living area to store my bag and clothes could be laid out on the oversized window ledge.   We booked here at short notice because our original hotel was awful and smelled so bad of smoke. This Hotel was very well priced and appears to be only a few years old. Service was perfect and the room was immaculate. Wifi. 55" TV. Separate bathroom and toilet. Best location for restaurants, shopping and access to Sannomiya station.
