We stayed one night and we were three in one room. It was big enough and clean beautiful and in the bathroom was all what we need. A lot of amenities and slippers towels are luxury. We stayed on a Thursday and Friday. Check in and check out were easy. Staff is very helpful and speaks English well. Breakfast is not included, but there is a 7-11 around the corner. Instant coffee is available across from the checkin desk to use in your room. Happy hour is 5:00-8:00 with tiny bites and drinks, all free including wine.We stayed on a Thursday and Friday. Hotel is close to Kobe Sannomiya Station. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, it was happy hours, where drinks, including alcohol, and snacks were available.Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
