Bathroom flush really loud

Hotel is alright, the manager Izutani not too friendly when we had an issue the the bathroom flush and dry being so loud that if woke others up…..try to avoid this hotel since you have so many better options in the vicinity and probably a better manager than Izutani who wouldn’t understand the situation!!

+ great location, within walking distance of most of the center of the city+ Good size room, standard equipment and amenities for this price range in Japan (very good)+ Great breakfast+ The onsen(s) are good and surprisingly big for a hotel this compact. a nice touch to have the at the end of the day

Good amenities, best location in Sapporo, accommodating staffs but the worst hotel breakfast we’ve experienced as it’s the same for almost 5 days. That should be improved. Hopefully that can be adjusted as there are other foreigners who eats breakfast.

1- Hotel has a policy that they do not clean rooms every day. My parents who are elders did not know about this fine print and pleaded to have it cleaned. Cannot. You need to request the day before2- Extra towels, extra blanket? Get it yourself in the front desk. In other hotels we stayed in Japan, they will bring to your room.3- Restaurant reservation- I tried 2x they would not lift a finger. The website said there is reservation if you call, they tell me in front desk no reservations. 4- Restaurant recommendation- Fail! They recommended a very seedy place. 5- Help with taxi? - Again, cannot! Should be day before. They did try, but luggage cant be accommodated. Note- we went to hotel using uber and taxi accommodated our luggage. So we just did the same instead.So if you don’t need any help or Zero service expectation in a hotel. This hotel is ok. Otherwise, there might be better options somewhere else.

We had a very pleasant stay at this excellent hotel, very conveniently located in central Sapporo, 10 minutes walk from Sapporo Station and close to Odori Park, Susukino and Tannukikoji with their myriads of isakaya and restaurants, and Pole Town underground shopping arcade with Mitsubishi and Daimaru department stores. Our room was a good size and comfortable, breakfast in the restaurant was a very adequate buffet and the staff of the hotel were very helpful and attentive.
