The hotel is directly connected with JR Hiroshima Station. It is 50 minutes by limousine bus (charges apply) from Hiroshima Airport. The bus departs from the Shinkansen terminal at Hiroshima Station.

The hotel has a lift and features 403 rooms, including 4 suites and 214 single rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand.
