  Top rate, business and tourist hotel.High standard of customer service. Very polished environment. Great choice of restaurants and a good (not fabulous) executive lounge.Our room on the 18th floor was a good size. Great facilities and a good view. Comfortable bed and modern, well appointed bathroom. All very comfortable. Worth noting, great aircon. Can't hear it but it is quietly efficient. Teppanyaki restaurant was fantastic and worth the money.Bar is very pleasant!Breakfast, both in Exec Lounge and buffet restaurant could be better...everything bland and lukewarm. Staff very friendly.

  Great stay in Hiroshima

  Great stay at the Hilton Hiroshima. We stayed in a club room with access to the club lounge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our bedroom was very comfortable with bath & shower and plenty of room in the room. The club lounge was great, with breakfast & evening cocktails. We really enjoyed using the club lounge facilities, however our only complaint would be, that guests were told they could only stay one hour for the cocktails period if the lounge was full. I think this is unreasonable and urge the hotel to have a larger area to ensure there is plenty of space for everyone.

  Great stay and we love Koki!

  We had a great stay at Hilton Hiroshima! This hotel is top notch and is one of the best Hilton's i have stayed in. What made it more special are the people there who helped us during our stay, specially Koki! We love Koki so much! He was so attentive and very polite. He even made us borrow his umbrella so we can go out to the store. We even got a Thank you card from him. What a stellar employee Koki is. Another thing to note is the buffet breakfast and night time cocktails. We loved all the offerings here. Great job to Hilton Hiroshima and thank you again most specially to Koki for making our stay such a memorable one.   Pleasant stay, but room for improvements.

  We stayed for two nights at the Hilton Hiroshima. Overall, the experience was good, but there are some areas were improvements could be made by management. Several of those would not require much effort. Staff spoke good english and was very helpful and courteous. Our deluxe rooms on the 10th floor were spacious, huge even by Japanese standards, with good space for storing clothing and suitcases. The rooms had a Nice view of the city.The rooms were clean and spotless as you would expect in Japan. However, we noticed a slight odour when entering one of the rooms. At first, we thought it came from the bathroom, but we couldn't sense the smell there. On one occasion, the same odour was present in the lobby, leading us to believe there is actually some form of hotel scent being use that we mistook for a sewage leak.There are two (other) areas where the hotel could improve. Firstly, although the breakfast buffet offers plenty of options, the restaurant is big with an open layout, making it rather noisy. It is made worse by the lack of sound dampening materials and dividers. This should be addressed. Staff is handling cutlery in the dining room rather than in the dishing area. This contributes to the noise. A suggestion would be to swap empty or nearly empty cutlery basket for full ones and refill them in the kitchen/dishing area.The pool is nice, but the floor in the locker room (for men) quickly became very wet. Perhaps some gentle instructions to guests and the providing of fresh towels before entering the locker room from the shower would help.We found the location somewhat off, but it was easy to get to many locations by taxi.   Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Hiroshima

  We had an excellent stay at Hilton Hiroshima. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for exploring the city and its attractions.The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality of the team. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit.I would highly recommend Hilton Hiroshima to anyone visiting the city. Also, while staying at the hotel, don't miss the opportunity to dine at the teppanyaki restaurant. It was a truly special experience, and the food was absolutely delicious.We would also like to extend our special thanks to the young chef at the teppanyaki restaurant.
