  Great location comfortable rooms. Staff very polite and helpful except for the man at breakfast, I found him very abrupt and rude. Breakfast time was til 10am but at 8am there was no fillups available on bread and other continental offerings. The main train station was 5mins away but the tracks were right outside the window. The noise didn't seem to keep us awake though. Rooms had washing machine and microwave which was very handy. The TV had netflix and Amazon which as a European was very handy.

  The front office supervisor was unhelpful to the guests.

  The hotel was new and clean, and we chose to stay here because of its convenient location. The front desk staff at check-in was very friendly and provided us with a document outlining the hotel’s policies. One of the policies stated that broken or damaged luggage should be brought to the front desk at checkout.We followed this instruction during checkout as we had a damaged suitcase. However, the morning front desk staff refused to accept the luggage, leaving us unsure of where we could dispose of it. The staff member made an effort to assist by consulting their supervisor in the back office two or three times, but the response was that the hotel did not allow damaged luggage to be left on the premises. Instead, we were advised to take the suitcase to the airport for disposal.We left the hotel with the broken suitcase and later found out online that disposing of damaged luggage in Japan is quite complicated and often incurs a fee. Many people suggested that it’s possible to pay the hotel a fee to handle the disposal on behalf of guests.While we understood the situation, we felt disappointed with the management or leadership of the front office supervisor. They failed to provide clear information or offer any reasonable solutions, apart from suggesting we take the suitcase to the airport.We do not intend to criticize the front desk staff, as they clearly tried their best by consulting the supervisor multiple times and genuinely attempting to assist us. However, we feel that the supervisor lacked competence, was unhelpful, and did not provide clarity in handling the situation. ホテルは新しくて清潔で、便利なロケーションのためここに宿泊することを選びました。チェックイン時のフロントスタッフはとても親切で、ホテルのポリシーが記載された書類を渡してくれました。その中には、壊れたまたは損傷した荷物はチェックアウト時にフロントデスクに持ってくるようにと記載されていました。私たちはチェックアウト時にこの指示に従い、壊れたスーツケースを持参しました。しかし、朝のフロントスタッフは荷物を受け取ることを拒否し、どこで捨てればいいのかわかりませんでした。スタッフはオフィス内の上司に2～3回相談してくれたものの、ホテルでは壊れた荷物を館内に置くことを許可していないとの回答でした。代わりに、空港で処分するように言われました。そのため、私たちは壊れたスーツケースを持ったままホテルを出発しました。その後インターネットで調べたところ、日本で壊れた荷物を処分するのは非常に複雑で、費用がかかることがわかりました。多くの人が、ホテルに費用を支払えば、処分を代行してもらえるとアドバイスしていました。この状況を理解しているものの、フロントオフィスの上司の対応やリーダーシップには失望しました。上司は明確な情報を提供せず、空港で荷物を捨てるよう指示する以外に合理的な解決策を提示してくれませんでした。フロントスタッフを批判するつもりはありません。彼らが何度もオフィス内の上司に相談し、私たちを助けようとしてくれたことは明らかです。しかし、上司の対応は能力に欠け、協力的ではなく、この状況で明確な指示を与えてくれなかったと感じています。

  A decent stay for couple and near Hakata station.

  This hotel is a 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from Hakata station, which is convenient.Frankly, this is the best compared to others during my stay in various part in Fukuoka and other Perfecture.The size of room and toilets are more decent for couple.Because it is a serviced apartment, the room is equipped with washing machine and microwave.Toiletries and coffee/ tea sachets are provided at the life area for guests to take to the room. Overall, checking in and out was a breeze.

  我完全沒有用過雪櫃是完全雪不了食物室內氣溫也比雪櫃內冰凍結果要自己購買冰箱我們入住的還是有獨立小厨房那種房型樓層30x真心選擇小厨房的房型雪櫃配搭是必須可能雪糕要求過高但連基本的冷凍也沒有還有地點環境駕車人士絕對不方便沒有停車場也沒有門外上落客區域have never used a refrigerator at all. It cannot freeze food at all.The indoor temperature is also colder than inside the refrigeratorAs a result, I have to buy my own refrigeratorThe room we stayed in had a separate kitchenette.room 30xChoose a room with a small kitchen sincerelyRefrigerator matching is a mustMaybe the ice cream requirements are too highBut not even basic freezingThere are also location and environment drivers.Definitely inconvenientThere is no parking lot and no pick-up and drop-off area outside the door冷蔵庫を全く使ったことがありません。食品を全く凍らせられません。室内温度も冷蔵庫内より低いですそのため、自分で冷蔵庫を買わなければなりません私たちが泊まった部屋には独立した簡易キッチンがありました。部屋30倍小さなキッチンのある部屋を心から選びましょう冷蔵庫のマッチングは必須ですアイスクリームの要件が高すぎるのかもしれませんしかし、基本的な冷凍さえありません場所と環境の要因もあります。間違いなく不便です駐車場はなく、ドアの外にピックアップとドロップオフエリアはありません

  First visit to Japan

  Stayed at the hotel for two weeks, when we visited our son in Oita. It was a small room, but it was more than adequate and was located in a quiet location about five minutes from Hakata station. The staff were absolutely lovely and the free coffee in reception was absolutely wonderful!
