Great location comfortable rooms. Staff very polite and helpful except for the man at breakfast, I found him very abrupt and rude. Breakfast time was til 10am but at 8am there was no fillups available on bread and other continental offerings. The main train station was 5mins away but the tracks were right outside the window. The noise didn't seem to keep us awake though. Rooms had washing machine… Great location comfortable rooms. The front office supervisor was unhelpful to the guests.
The hotel was new and clean, and we chose to stay here because of its convenient location. The front desk staff at check-in was very friendly and provided us with a document outlining the hotel’s policies. 我完全沒有用過雪櫃是完全雪不了食物室內氣溫也比雪櫃內冰凍結果要自己購買冰箱我們入住的還是有獨立小厨房那種房型樓層30x真心選擇小厨房的房型雪櫃配搭是必須可能雪糕要求過高但連基本的冷凍也沒有還有地點環境駕車人士絕對不方便沒有停車場也沒有門外上落客區域have never used a refrigerator at all.
