Very comfortable stay
First hotel of our trip and was lovely. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast service was tasty. Bag forwarding was not a problem. Dated hotel in urgent need of refurbishment
We stayed 3 nights at the hotel for our recent trip. The hotel was dated and in urgent need for refreshments. Room size was also small and not true to the picture displayed. Worst Hotel visited in Japan so far...
Firstly, upon checked in, we needed four rooms but we check in two as rest went for a meal. Have an elderly and already requested as near elevator, they did assign quite near elevator but instead of two room beside, front desk gave us a room each on the opposite sides !! And the other two families also separated taking opposite sides!! Nice hotel but musty room
Good:-Conveniently located, very near Hakata Station. It’s in the quieter part & not in the main street but is an easy walking distance. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! From check in to check out, my daughter and I couldn’t find anything negative to say about this hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Big, clean bathroom. Breakfast with good variety. Location is just a short leisurely walk to both Hakata Station and Canal City. Lawson just right across the street. And the best part, staff so helpful, nice and smiling.
