Great location BUT rooms are old and tired
Hotel reception staff were not approachable. Was given an option to check in at 2pm for 9000 yen which was a ridiculous rate. Upon checking in at 3pm, q was super long, they should have just allowed guest to check in earlier if their rooms are available then to make us q past 3pm, coz they ain't going to compensate for the "late" check in caused by them. The hotel was a grand, exceptionally decorated, well-and-fully-serviced accommodation located in the heart of Fukuoka. All wonderful restaurants and shopping malls are within a short walk. Room is decent a bit dated and Japanese- style small. Breakfast service was operating in the best of manner, with staff very friendly and warm while food spread wide & beyond mouth-watering. My friend recommended this hotel for my stay as his associated Company has been placing guests/friends at this hotel. Stayed 4 nights at this centrally located hotel. The rooms are standard typical size hotels in Japan. Expect good amenities. The hotel change the housekeeping procedure of guest rooms for consecutive nights.
