Stayed in a triple room which was actually an extra bed in a twin room, so space was a bit tight. There was nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness and location. Service was inconsistent but this was not a big deal for us since we were there for only one night. We stayed here for two separate nights, interspaced with a night away elsewhere in Kyushu. The staff were all polite and helpful and even agreed to store our large luggage for the one night that we were away. The hotel is also about 7 mins walk from the main entrance of Hakata JR station and even closer to one of the smaller entrances (note the escalator only goes down into the station). A good service hotel in Hakataekimae
The hotel front desk has a good luggage storage service. They can send your storage luggage directly to your room before you completed the check in process. The hotel room use the eco-friendly wood cup for the guest to use in the water dispenser in every floor’s corridor. My mom cannot speak Japanese. Good hotels. Near to station, only need walk 17minutes and you arrived there. The staff nice too. So responsive. Fantastic location, wonderful helpful staff and very clean.
Absolutely spot on! On arrival at the hotel staff could not do enough for us. Carried our luggage (there's escalator and stairs down to reception from the main road). Very efficient at check.
