Booked a two bed bedroom and they accommodated my request of corner room. The reception speaks English and no issue communicating. The hotel has parking on site but expensive in my opinion. The bed was comfortable and shower water was strong. The room also came with massage chair. Worst hotel I've ever tried staying at in Japan. It's a shame on the focus on customer service that Japan is known for. Daiwa Roynet management should be ashamed of this location. I would recommend this hotel due to a number of factors. First the twin room we booked was very spacious with comfortable beds. The level of service from the front desk team is outstanding. Smokey Room but Great Staff

The room had a really strong smell of smoke. We talked to the manager and allowed us to move to another room.The staff and management is very friendly and accommodating. Ms. Hata-San was very helpful during our checkout process.
