The Comfort Hotel Hakata is centrally located and convenient to Hakata Station. We were warmly greeted by staff on check-in and each time we came and went from the hotel. Old but convenient
The hotel is pretty old, carpet kind of dingy, the bathroom utilities are definitely old. But the location is hard to beat and the breakfast staff work tirelessly. Relatively spacious for a Japanese hotel room. Appalling service and dated, despite central location
Was sent to this hotel for one night due to a flight delay. All staff I met had limited English skill, therefore, they relied on a translation machine. The rooms we got were typical tiny Japanese hotel rooms, which were understandable given its central location.
