Good location
The double bed room is quite small. You can open up 2x 28” luggage but no space to walk. The room does not have USB charger outlet. The door lock is still using old traditional manual key instead of electronics card! Location is good. Only about 5-10mims walk to nearby Tenjin train station. Surrounding full of eateries and shopping centre. The street food is just opposite the hotel. Hotel staff ca… The double bed room is quite small. You can open up 2x 28” luggage but no space to walk. Bad experience ever in Japan
A very bad experience for visit this hotel, probably the worst experience in Japan travel. Staffs barely know any English and provided very minimal help to guests. At the same price range, you could find many ideal hotels nearby this location. Simply DO NOT suggest you to rent this.A very bad experience for visit this hotel, probably the worst experience in Japan travel. The location of this hotel is good in the buzzing Tenjin area of the city and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately our room was awful: tiny, gloomy and decorated in a really dated brown colour. The bathroom was so small my husband said it reminded him of a caravan bathroom and the door opened out into the room. The window looked out onto a multi storey car park so had pretty much no natural ligh… The location of this hotel is good in the buzzing Tenjin area of the city and the staff were friendly. Good stay, Breakfast could be better
The stay was comfortable, the room looked quite old in a way, or maybe it’s just the color. But apart from this I had a good stay, clean facilities. The hotel had a parking lot, limited space but not many cars are parked there anyways. You can book the parking in advance to secure a space. The onsen facility is good, there’s an indoor bath and an outdoor bath. The breakfast buffet was quite lackin… The stay was comfortable, the room looked quite old in a way, or maybe it’s just the color. But apart from this I had a good stay, clean facilities. Was hoping for better
The hotel is currently going through some renovations at the moment, but this is not the reason behind the three star rating. I think the hotel is a little out dated, esp items inside the rooms. For room key, they give you a three item bunch: 1) a physical key (old style), 2) a laminated card with address, wifi password, etc, and 3) a plastic stick that you use to slot in on the wall the switch the… The hotel is currently going through some renovations at the moment, but this is not the reason behind the three star rating.
