We booked this hotel as it offered Triple Rooms.Connected to Canal City Shopping Centre, the hotel is very convenient to shopping and eateries. Easy walk to the yatai (restaurants) in Nakasa, to Tenjin and Kawabata Shotengai (covered shopping street) and the old Gion area.Lots of famous/cult restaurants and cafes in the area. Room is well maintained though we could see some wear and tear sign. Overall a good one night stay.

Took a normal taxi (4 Pax and 3 medium luggages) from Fukuoka airport for $2.2k. Very good quadruple room for family where each of us got a bed. There’s reek of smoke at the counter the moment you entered as the encoded smoking room is just next to the counter. Gad that No such issue in the room. I stayed at the hotel with my daughter as we were in town for an event. She was excited to get the top floor and our room had a very nice view, albeit on the mall side. Speaking of which, that is one of the best points of staying at this hotel: it is connected to the Canal City Mall. In fact, taking the elevator down to the B1 level leads you directly into the mall. We arrived slightly before 1pm and provided our passport to the front office staff, who checked against the system and told us to come back 2pm and to provide our passports again when we are checking in.
