  I told long time to choose the hotel during this trip and finally booked the hotels which i never checked or did any homework before hand. The search was being made based on double and last min we changed to 3 pax as took daughter along so the choices reduced drastically, and the prices became nearly double. I had previously booked on Agoda and later booked with the hotel directly at member rates and prices were cheaper by nearly Bht 2000.00/ U$ 62.00 for 4 nts stay. We paid around Bht 26000.00 /U$ 815.00 for triple room for 4 nts. Booking online directly with the hotel was convenient and they revert back within the same day. All our requested was accepted. They allow early check in from 1200hrs at extra charge of Yen 6000. They also charge tax Yen 200 per person per night on arrival.Got the floor of 13th which is their top floor. Check in/ out was smooth and our triple room was not bad, enough space. It's a corner room on each floor. They also have 4 beds room on each floor for family. Rooms are comfortable and rooms has air purifier, weather was very hot outside, but our rooms were chilled. Amenities which were provided were limited compared to other hotels but carry we were carrying our own so no complains. No water bottle is provided, buy from 7/11 or lawson nearby and tap water is drink able. Tea / coffee sachet is provided every day. Housekeeping will come in between 10-1200hrs. They have ice machine and vending machine on 3/10th floor. Washing machine on ground floor.We travel to / from Airport in taxi so it was convenient, and hotel helped us with phone taxi 15 min prior to our departure time.If traveling by subway then the station is hardly 600-700m away but no elevator, only stairs or until n unless u take Daimaru exit and cross the road to the hotel. The hotel is in small street near hotels like Cross life and tokyu stay which is on main road.many eateries and malls nearby. Ichiran, Street food and Canal city and all within walking distance. The hotel is standard hotel and is in medium range . We had comfortable stay. Next time we will try more options which is near Hakata station.

  Cospa's fine if you just want to sleep.

  It was easy to spend time in a functional room.I used it for the night before to catch a flight out of Fukuoka Airport in the morning.I walked from Nakasugawabata on the subway, but exit 1 was only a staircase and I had a suitcase, so it was a bit painful.I just slept, so there was no problem, and the subway station is not too bad to be located within walking distance, so I want to use it again.   If the first thing you say to me at checkin is not “Welcome to Best Western” but rather is “May I have your passport?” when I check into a hotel in the country where I have spent most of my life, then you should know there is no way to salvage the stay. I live and work in Japan. I have for nearly 30 years. I did not walk up and hand you my passport. I gave you a print out of the reservation with may name on it. The very least you could do is check my address on file before asking for my passport. If you had, you would immediately see a Japan address. But, you didn’t. You think foreign looking person = tourist. I’m sorry, but that is wrong, and really disrespectful. I also have status with Best Western. You didn’t notice that until you pulled up my file. All of this makes for a very poor start to my stay. The location of this hotel is good, and it’s easy to get to. The room is fine and the layout is good. There are lots of restaurants nearby. If it were a normal check in, I would give this 4 out of 5. But, it is no better than 2 when you insult a guest at checkin.

  Stayed for 2 days and room was spacious and comfortable. We were 3 adults thus had 2 rooms. Rooms were clean with good WiFi, TV and coffee/tea and percolator overlooking the city view. Appreciate more English TV channels. Paid parking available next to hotel. My only complain is the smoking room is within the hotel lobby next to the lift in this non-smoking room hotel. Ironical! The 2nd hand smoke is really bad while waiting for the lift to go.up to the room.

  A clean, good value hotel that was close enough to Hakata Station to provide a short, interesting walks (12-15mins) each day, and set in a quiet, relaxed area. Good rooms, breakfast was simple but fair value, staff friendly
