We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is located at a great location for whose who love shopping - very close to an outlet mall on foot and just a few train stations away for a normal shopping mall (you could even reach the mall about 30 mins on foot). On top of that, the Disney Resort is just a few stations away.Also, I recommend the cafe on the of the hotel, where you can enjoy the grea… We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We had requested a certain room for the view. The male receptionist was adamant that was not possible so we took the room offered. The view of the bay was partially obscured by the taller hotel in front. We returned to reception and asked for a room 3-4 rooms down and reluctantly they gave us this room. All was now perfect. Unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel. A guy name Nakamizu was in the reception are he refused that I see a supervisor or a manager. He said that he has all these positions himself. We told him we were tired from long flight and checking in for a conference. He refused that we do an early check in and asked for extra charge.
